Series of colour, shape, and line studies in ink, paint, and painted paper.
Based on the notion of frustration. The tension between control and chaos, the fear of the unknown, fear of change, the illusion of something solid that is actually ungraspable.
The rigid geometric form that is not complete, it is not perfect, and it is intangible. Flicking through the pages, the viewer gets the feeling of an ongoing process. The feeling of trial and error, the constant strive to ‘find a way’.
